Refund policy
Returns
To start a return, you must contact us at mary@whitecloverkiln.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: White Clover Kiln, 1523 Fountain Glen Drive, Bel Air, Maryland 21015
General Return Requests
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact me immediately. I will refund the cost of the item, minus shipping, when I receive the returned item in good condition within 15 days of when you originally received it. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Items are packed carefully, but if an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately so that I can make a claim with USPS and begin your refund/replacement process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
